Office of General Counsel, Policy Division. Daniel
also clerked with the Los Angeles County District
Attorney's Public Integrity Division and served as
an intern with United States Senator Dianne
Feinstein's office.
Daniel
received a B.A. from the University of California at
Santa Barbara (2002) and a J.D. from Georgetown
University Law Center (2005).
