Daniel joined Reed & Davidson as an associate attorney in 2006. Since then he has represented corporations, trade associations, nonprofit organizations, government entities, political action committees, ballot measure committees, and candidates. Daniel assists clients in complying with federal, state, and local campaign finance and ethics laws. He has drafted a number of ballot measures, including Los Angeles County MTA's Measure R, implementing a 30 year half-cent sales tax for transportation projects. Daniel also specializes in constitutional issues arising out of campaign finance restrictions.

Prior to joining Reed & Davidson, Daniel was an attorney with the Federal Election Commission's Office of General Counsel, Policy Division. In this capacity, he drafted a number of regulations and advisory opinions interpreting the federal election law. Daniel also clerked with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Public Integrity Division and worked in the Washington, D.C. office of United States Senator Dianne Feinstein.

Daniel was selected as a member of the New Leaders Project, a civic leadership and community service program. He remains an active alumnus of Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity.

Daniel received a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara (2002) and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (2005).
