Darryl Wold served as a commissioner of the Federal Election Commission (1998-2002), including terms as chairman (2000) and vice chairman (1999). Prior to his service on the Commission, Darryl had been of counsel to Reed & Davidson since 1988. Darryl has also been an assistant to the speaker of the California State Assembly, has been a consultant on redistricting plans, and has managed political campaigns.

Darryl’s practice with the firm emphasizes litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts, enforcement defense matters, and nonprofit and other corporate matters.

Darryl received his B.A. from Claremont McKenna College (cum laude) and his L.L.B. from Stanford University. He is admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia, and before the United States Supreme Court.
