Flora Yin joined Reed & Davidson, LLP in 1998. She works closely with the firm's political compliance unit and advises
clients on campaign and lobbying laws in California and other states. She also assists nonprofit organizations with
tax and corporate matters and is a member of the State Bar's Taxation Section.
While in school, she participated in several federal and state political campaigns and authored an article on
foreign-linked campaign contributions for an election law textbook supplement. She was also a Managing Editor
of the Pacific Basin Law Journal.
Flora is the Immediate Past President of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Los Angeles County
and served on the planning committee for the 2010 National Asian Pacific American Bar Association Convention.
She is also a former Co-Chair of the Asian Pacific Women Lawyers Alliance.
Flora received a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley (1995) and a J.D. from the University of California,
Los Angeles School of Law (1998).
