Sivesind formerly served as associate counsel to the
Committee on House Oversight of the United States
House of Representatives. He served as Chief of
Staff to a Kern County, California county supervisor
and district staff representative to a California
congressman. Mr. Sivesind is a past president of the
California Political Attorneys Association.
Jim
received a B.A. from California State University,
Bakersfield (magna cum laude, 1982) and a J.D. from
Southwestern University School of Law (1994).
